Beta Terms of Use

1. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to use an adults-only social platform. You may not create an account for, impersonate, recruit, or facilitate access for a minor.

2. Consent is mandatory

Nothing on Pleasure-U implies consent, availability, compatibility, or permission. Members must respect explicit boundaries and may not pressure, threaten, coerce, stalk, harass, or retaliate against another person.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Use an alias if you prefer, but do not impersonate another person or misrepresent material facts in a way that creates safety risk.

4. Prohibited conduct and content

• Any content involving minors or sexualization of minors.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, threats to share intimate content, or content posted without permission.
• Harassment, hate, credible threats, stalking, coercion, exploitation, or doxxing.
• Fraud, trafficking, illegal activity, or solicitation for paid sexual services.
• Attempts to bypass blocks, moderation actions, or platform safety controls.

5. Member content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Pleasure-U the limited rights needed to host, process, display, secure, and moderate that content for operation of the service. Do not upload material you do not have the right to share.

6. Privacy and safety controls

Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Safety standards.

7. Beta service

The beta may change, experience interruptions, or include unfinished functionality. Features may be modified or removed as we learn from testing. We may suspend or remove accounts that create safety, legal, security, or community risk.

8. No guarantee of identity, safety, or outcomes

Pleasure-U provides tools for connection, not a guarantee that another member is safe, truthful, compatible, or available. Members are responsible for their own decisions and should use appropriate judgment before meeting or sharing sensitive information.

9. Changes to these terms

If these terms materially change, members may be required to review and accept a new version before continuing to use the service.
